Returns Policy – Combat Gym Wear

At Combat Gym Wear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn
- The item must be unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition
- All tags (if applicable) must remain attached

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size (if available)
- Different colour (if available)
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Sale / Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotions may be subject to specific return conditions.
